Yves Manialung
Head of Talent Acquisition
Yves builds the Onspot Tribe. He finds the people who Gets it, Wants it, and the Capacity to do it. Yves is the gatekeeper of the OnSpot Culture. He makes sure that only the right people gets in the door.
Atty. Adrian Bustos

Chief Legal Counsel
Adrian is the OnSpot protector. He is responsible for providing legal advice to the company's management and board of directors, as well as overseeing the company's compliance with laws and regulations.

Service Delivery Director
Renier delivers the promises we make. He is the implementor of our systems and the driver of our innovation. He drives the organization towards the achievement of our Vision 2027.

Maribel Mitran
Head of Marketing
Maribel brings OnSpot to the world. She is the builder of our brand, the creator of our image, and the master of our story. She creates attention to help the organization achieve our Vision 2027.
Yaiza Mora

Head of Social Media
Yaiza is our Social Media Queen. She is responsible for creating and implementing a social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives to bring clients and Tribe members together.

Evelyn Dayrit
Head of Human Resources
Evelyn is the Tribe Culture steward. She is vital in creating a strong, cohesive and productive team to deliver the OnSpot Experience. She ensure that the company's Core Values are reflected in the development of employees, creating a positive and productive workplace.

Julius Caballa
Head of Workplace & Administration
Julius builds the OnSpot workplace. He ensures that our onsite and remote workplaces are aligned to the company culture. The backbone of the OnSpot Experience is an excellent workplace environment.

Jake Wainberg
Founder
Jake is the OnSpot founder. He is the mind and soul of the organization who infuses the team with entrepreneurial spirit. He guides the organization towards the achievement of our Vision 2027.

Nur Laminero
Chief Executive Officer
Nur is the OnSpot visionary. He is the driver of our culture, author of our guiding principles, creator of our strategies, brainchild of our systems, and builder of our teams. He sets the direction of the organization towards the achievement of our Vision 2027.

Janica Ocampo
Service Delivery Manager
Janica leads our Managed Services Operations. Her main responsibility is to ensure that systems and process are implemented, develop people and deliver the OnSpot Experience to clients
Alexa Abillada
Finance Manager
Alexa optimizes Onspot's financial performance. Her main role is to figure out the best financial mechanisms that benefits the OnSpot Clients, Tribe Members, and Stakeholders.

Mark Paul Davantes

Mark leads our Resource Services Operations. His main responsibility is to ensure that systems and process are implemented, develop people and deliver the OnSpot Experience to clients

Mark is the lead steer of our growth. He is at the forefront of building partnerships with clients and creating opportunities for our Tribe. He provides the fuel towards the achievement of our Vision 2027.

Co-Founder
Alon is our co-founder and the catalyst for OnSpot. He is the heart of the organization who brings inspiration to the leadership. He helps guide the organization towards the achievement of our Vision 2027.

Kevin Arciga
Head of Staff
Kevin links the leaders to the Tribe. He serves as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team, helping to set strategic priorities, managing internal communications, and coordinating the work of different departments.
